Youth and Family Connections Greeley Office

Our Mission

Providing youth and families resources and alternatives that lead to a successful life!

Youth & Family Connections is a nonprofit, community based service organization founded in 2005. We provide multi-agency services for Weld County youth engaged in high risk behavior and for their families. Our mission is to create pathways for youth success, along with partnerships with community, civic, and governmental organizations.

There is no cost for our services. Referrals come from a variety of sources, including schools, law enforcement, concerned parents, and many others. When a youth/family visits Youth & Family Connections at one of our two office locations, an individual assessment is completed to determine problem areas and help connect them to local services in their community.

Frequently used services include but are not limited to:

  • Mediation
  • Restorative Justice
  • Drug and Alcohol Education, Intervention, and Monitoring
  • Mental Health Services
  • Life Skills Training
  • Anger Management
  • Relationship-building and Parenting Classes

We also help families connect to resources such as long term shelter, utilities, food, medical care, and transportation.
